You can stop a running job using the command cjr job:stop ID and delete a job along with its associated files using cjr job:rm ID.
To try out these commands, start an async job that runs for 300 seconds, and verify that the job is running
$ cjr job:start --async python script.py 300
d838ba056442d279542a21a9d4d3b4d17d55adf8bbd0d36cde628d28d65c9475
$ cjr job:ls --running
